Volvo Commercial Vehicles Australia to Open New Multi-Brand Dealership in Albury

Volvo Commercial Vehicles Australia Pty. Limited (VCVA) is proud to announce the opening of its new Mack and Volvo truck dealership in Albury, a key strategic location for the Australian road transport business.

The dealership is in response to the increasing demand for a stronger Volvo truck presence in this region, as well as taking the opportunity of building upon the quality aftersales services previously provided for Mack in the area by local identity Greg Duncan.

The new dealership will supply the full range of new Mack and Volvo trucks and an extensive range of on-site parts and full workshop facility. A used truck retail operation will also be developed on the same site in Macauley Street, Albury.

A team of experienced Mack and Volvo trained personnel have been recruited and bring with them many years of hands-on experience, and a level of enthusiasm to match. Greg Duncan is the new Operations Manager, and Darren O’Connor is Sales Manager at the new dealership.

Peter Hertinge, President of VCVA is very enthusiastic about this new venture:

“This is a great opportunity for us to provide a much improved level of support to our Mack and Volvo customers who are either based within the Albury-Wodonga region or who pass through it on the very important Sydney to Melbourne run. We recognise the strategic importance of Albury-Wodonga to Australian transport and we are keen to ensure our Mack and Volvo customers are provided with excellent sales and aftersales support. Outstanding levels of customer satisfaction are primary objectives for all of us at VCVA and our new team in Albury will deliver this”.

Volvo Commercial Vehicles Albury is located at 254 Macauley Street, Albury NSW 2640. Telephone 02 6041 1737.
