This highly modified 1943 Dodge Weapons Carrier is fitted with an 8.2L V8 turbo-charged Detroit diesel, 5spd gearbox, #2 Eaton diff', Mk3 Inter' transfer case. It must make the heart beat more quickly to see this in the rear-view mirror, bearing down on you at 100+kph. It belongs to John Belfield of the Melbourne Tank Museum - which is well worth a visit.
