There being a definite shortage of light
(1 to 2 ton) forward control, or cab-over, four wheel drives,
some owners take things into their own hands and make them.
This hybrid 4x4 (right) has Toyota Dyna bodywork with
Landcruiser
drive train.
The only interior compromise is that the front
seats are moved out-board slightly, to make
room for the larger engine in the middle,
so that the pedals are offset relative to the driver's seat.
The driver's view is very good.
