Bush Ranger.

The Bush Ranger, aka BushRangie, is a buggy style four wheel drive, originally derived from the Dakar and using on Range Rover mechanical components. (Note that the Australian Army's Bush Ranger project is something completely different - see 4wd.sofcom.com/Mil/Aus/ Bushranger.html.)

This particular Bush Ranger (right) was fitted with an experimental Fielder Rapid Air Suspension and demonstrated at the Sydney Four Wheel Drive and Outdoor Show, August 1996. Expect more at Perth in November. (See Events.)

Bush Ranger or Bushrangie ?

What's in a name? The vehicle was originally christened Bushrangie but the intention is to officially name the newest creation Bush Ranger once negotiations with the owner of that name are complete.
