Dakar Cars - 4WD.

The Dakar four wheel drive is a kit car based on Range Rover chassis and running gear, this one a 1986 Range Rover. It was snapped at the 1996 4WD Field Day, Wandin, Victoria.

Such conversions are ideal for a vehicle that has its bodywork damaged beyond repair.
