International Rainforest Challenge 1997

Roger says he had complete faith in the accuracy of the directions.

The 1997 International Rainforest Challenge of Malaysia, previously known as the Transpen, lived up to its name with plenty of forest and plenty of rain - and mud. Two Australian teams again competed: The Roger Smith / Jim Patterson Range Rover came 2nd and Mike Smith's fourth. That's Mike getting something out of his car below; he drew the short-straw on this particular stage.

Thanks to Roger Smith and Jim Patterson, fax:(03)-9876-1194
