The new Mitsubishi Triton, late 1996, gets the mechanicals of the Pajero but they have sawn off the back and put on the leaf sprung rear axle and a useful tray.

Right is the interior of a 1997 Triton.

The once humble working-man's crew cab type of four wheel drive is getting more and more luxurious.

This one was in the tender care of the Pajero 4WD Club at the 4WD Field Day.
