The Ferret Scout Car had a crew of two. Armament consisted of a 0.30" Browning machine gun. It was powered by a Rolls Royce 6 cylinder engine of 120 hp giving a speed of 58mph (93kph). There are five forward and five reverse gears, and the transmission is full-time four wheel drive. The turning circle is 11.6m and 95L of fuel are carried.-->

This particular vehicle of 1960 vintage is ex British Army, recently imported into Australia, and owned by a member of the Victorian Military Vehicles Corps (club).
