DAF

DAF YP408 is a 6x8, axles one, three and four being driven. It has a 6-litre, 6-cylinder diesel engine, 5-speed gearbox and 2-speed transfer case.

Length 6.2m, width 2.4m, height 1.87m (body), weight 10,000kg.

Prototypes were developed in the later 1950s, production took place in the 1960s and YP408s were used until the 1980s.
