2000 November: The Kia Optima, with 2.5 litre V6 power (127), is a move up market for Kia. The 4.7m x 1.8m sedan has a 4-speed `tiptronic' automatic gearbox. It is expected that central locking, power windows and steering, CD player, air conditioning and alloy wheels will be standard when the Optima goes on sale in 2001. Prices from 25,990, auto' +2.5K ( 5/2001).
