Tickford
Ford AU Falcon has been given the Tickford (TVE) treatement, resulting in the TE50, TS50 and TL50, released in October 1999 in conjunction with the Ford Cougar V6. The TE50 and TS50 are "short wheelbase",
the TL50 on the longer (Fairlane)
"luxury" wheelbase.
Tickford Vehicle Engineering Pty Ltd (TVE) is a joint venture between Tickford and Ford (.au) that carries out special projects for Ford, including spicing up of mundane models into something a little more exclusive. (Tickford is a privately owned UK company with operations in the UK, USA, and Australia.) In this case there is a

electronic sports-shift (ESS) automatic transmission,
