The Mclaren F1 sports car was unveiled at the 1992, Monacco Grand-Prix. It is powered by a rear mounted 6.1 litre BMW V12, of 630bhp, claimed to give a top speed of 231mph. Unusually, the driver sits in the centre of the car with a passenger on each side and slightly to the rear.
The racing GTR version won the Le Mans 24-hour race in 1995.
