1936 Alvis Speed 20 Drop Head Coupe to be auctioned by Shannon's at the end of the Melbourne Motor Show, 12/3/2001, with many other Classic Cars. "Shannons are expecting bids in the 155,000 to 180,000 range."( 3/2001)
The Speed 20 was introduced in 1932. It has a 2.7 litre 6-cylinder engine and 4-speed synchromesh gearbox. Top speed is said to be 145km/h.
