Chrysler Voyager
2001 May: The 4th generation Voyager people mover arrived in Australia. Voyager is available in three levels of trim - SE, LX and Limited. Standard on the SE (and others) are ABS disc brakes, power locking, power front windows & rear quarter vents, and front and side airbags for the front seats. The LX gets 3-zone automatic temperature control (optional on the SE), 16" alloy wheels, roof rack, and overhead console & trip computer. The Limited gets traction control, power sliding doors & leather seats (all optional on the LX), audio controls on the steering wheel, self-levelling suspension, and a 10-CD player.
People buy the Voyager for its seven seats, and its load carrying ability. Safety features include the ABS brakes, airbags and seat belt pretensioners for the driver and front passenger, lap-sash seat belts in row three, and anchor points for child seats in rows two and three. Voyager's 3.3 litre V6 (128) is transversely mounted and drives the front wheels through a 4-speed automatic gearbox. - © Manufacturer's data, 2001 Voyager and Grand Voyager:
