Ballarat 4WD Adventure Weekend 2002
Ballarat 4wd Club will be holding the
annual
Ballarat 4wd Adventure Weekend
on the weekend of the
23 - 24 March 2002.
Located at the Smythesdale Progress Park just 15 mins
from Ballarat on the Glenelg Highway.
Our site is undergoing improvements this year with tree planting and
extensions to the training track
As well as the old favorites of the training track, bush
tours and recovery demonstrations, the bush cooking will be
better than ever, and lots more traders.
The training track includes the steep hill climb and descent,
river crossing, mud run, simulated log bridge, side slope and
the suspension tester, wheel ruts, and the rocky road.
Trader displays include new and used 4wd vehicles, 4wd accessories,
touring maps and books, camping equipment, radio communications,
and 4wd clubs information. Camping is also available on-site
for those who wish to stay overnight.
